At Disputeur, we highly value team spirit and the active engagement of our employees, many of whom contribute remotely from various parts of the world. Our dedicated event team continually seeks ways to enhance communication and foster connections among the expanding members of our team.
For this occasion, we opted for something unique – a quiz featuring unconventional and intriguing questions. Examples include inquiries about the builder of the "Count of Monte Cristo" castle near Paris or the reason why residents of Churchill in Canada don't lock their car doors.
In an effort to elevate motivation and bring joy to our colleagues, we curated an array of prizes, including book purchase deposits, movie tickets, café dinners, and various other delightful treats.
The event proved to be a genuine success, drawing participation from over 70% of our employees. This outcome not only reinforces our dedication to corporate events but also contributes to enhancing the overall experience of our workers' Fridays.
